what do i need for a carputer car computer/pc?

I plan to put a good carputer in to my car but the problem is i have never done any thing like this before and really need some simple cost effective advice at the minute im building the dash and i need to know what kind of monitor / screen i will need so info on it/links to good quality/tried and tested on products would be good every where ive looked im just getting a sales pitch with way over priced and not very high standard of products

It want it to have:
Touch Screen (fully operational by touch as little buttons as possible )
GPS/Sat Nav (is this just built in to the PC side of it?)
Radio controls
T.V.
Internet
DVD
speed/rev/boost Gauges (have seen this on a car before cant remember what brand it was but i think it was called a “vehicle dynamics” processor?? )
and if possible a G meter (probably very expense so optional)
any simple advice would be great but please try and keep it simple as i am new to this kind of stuff
