trying to build a MP3 disc from my PC for the car from legal dwnlds & my CD collection. Only 20 songs will fit

Downloads - Mp3 format and legally done
CD’s - I ripped my current CD’s to my PC to pick and choose what songs I’m taking with me.
I have windows media player installed and iTunes on my PC. It doesn’t matter to me which one I use as long as it works to make one CD with all my favorite songs. (at least for this month)
