What amplifier i need for my car PC project?

I have a 2008 VW golf GT with the standard 8 speakers package and i am planning to put a car pc. I will remove the oem Head Unit and put a 7″ inch lcd monitor. I will need an amplifier to connect the speakers to it and then the amplifier to the carpc. My question is what type of amplifier i will need? I will have to buy 2 4-channel amplifiers?

Can a PC case fan run dirrectly of of a 12 volt power lead in a car?

i want to add a couple cooling fans for my amplifier and i am thinking of powering them with the same wire as the remote power on, is that possible?
great info so far the fan i have is 12 volt and 150 ma
