  1. If you have an aftermarket stereo it will be easy to do. If you don’t, then you’ll need to get “line level converters” to convert the speaker out signal to a line level signal.

If you have RCA (line level) outs on the back of the stereo, get a stereo RCA to 1/8″ cable (radio shack), you’ll still need this if you use the converter.

Since those are already amplified, get a 100 watt inverter. It converts 12 volts DC to 110 volts AC to power the speakers.

It may not sound like you want it too, but it’ll work.

    Have fun….

  2. Kinda funny u ask this. I have a Sh*t stock system..and im gonna fix it up next month. Ne ways, one day, the hamster that was running on the wheel in my head lit up an idea. I unhooked my computer speakers (2 seperate speakers that look like bose speakers, and it has a subwoofer). I hooked that up to my car..via cigarette lighter. Then, i busted out my Mini Disc player, I plugged in my speakers into the mini disc, and i was playing MP3 music haha. So u can do that.

But, my best guess, is that, you can plug your ac adaptor into the cigarette lighter with a converter. Then strip the wires on ur aux plug from ur speakers that u connect to ur pc..into the back of the CD player. That’s my guess

  3. Get a regular CD player and a power inverter. Just plug in your speakers and turn on the CD player and there ya go! =)
