car pc parts? what i need?

ok i know i need software and mini itx a case a specail psu i can get this stuff i need to know a place that sales that stuff and a receiver if there is if not dont worry about that part but how do i get my car stereo wired to it what kind of gps and what software i want to pug it in to my ecu as well to have guages how do i do this please help its for a 98 neon with turbo and other mods im on youtube it just got rebuilt its oranges theres a vid where i blew it up btw plz help me with this.

why not a 98 neon with turbo and sorry for the typo’s like vid and other stuff my pc has some software like my phone and its shared with my whole family so yea, sorry.
