Don’t bother, that’s the best advice you can get.
Or more specifically, any type of monitor/screen that is viewed while driving, is illegal, as it is a distraction to the driver.
Unless you simply intend to install a harddrive in the car somewhere. Which seems somewhat absurd, as there’s no reason to need that much music at any given time.
